Our Approach
Shoot a promotion video for the car for when it is displayed in Abu Dhabi.
We were responsible for the entirety of the video production.
The uniqueness of this project is that it is revolved around shooting a video that is targeting the audience in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. It had to be loud, energetic, and appealing. We spent the time leading to the shooting reading about Japanese craftsmanship in that area, comparing current technologies around the world, and coming with and revising scripts and scenarios for the shoot that can show the greatness of such work. Since the shooting was in another city, and the car wasn’t even accessible before the shooting, we had to do some guesswork around the car and the concepts we need to show.
The car is a work of art. We had to convey that to people in the Middle East in a way they understand. So we were focusing on how to show the angles that Arabs would like. We had to draft the script more than 3 times, and finally focused on one and began refining it to the point of having accurate to the second.
This was a feat, as we only had 6 hours of shooting (originally 8), and the place lacked some of the important factors we agreed upon. Nonetheless, we carried upon shooting and made sure to show the artistic side of the car.
With a very limited timeframe, and with the help of our partners in Saudi, we were able to make publish the video on time.
We also took still shots and designed the flyers that were used in the exhibition.
