Hathor is focused on helping doctors and medical facilities to grow their sales strategy through sales support and PR. As one of their clients was focused on attracting Chinese tourists to Japan, we helped them set up a seminar in medical tourism, and gather specialized agents (chinese) who would help them grow their business. We took care of creating the landing page, promoting it to the potential said agents, getting the seminar room ready, and gather insights from attendees. The seminar was a success and was able to generate further business leads.

Our Approach
Set up a seminar about a medical topic and gather potential Chinese agents who would introduce customers.
We organized everything about the event.

Through working closely with our Chinese partners, we understood exactly what Chinese audience would expect of such event. We reserved the place, prepared the presentation slides.

We worked back and forth with all stakeholders to make sure the landing page (LP) coveys what we really want. Using tools like Adobe Xd, we were able to make the process of checking and editing very speedy and the final design to be beautiful.

Through our Chinese partners, we spread the word through wechat and other Chinese platforms. We scheduled the registration period to be suitable with what Chinese audience is comfortable with.

Although the seminar was in Japanese, we purposely stationed one of our non-Japanese staff (fluent in Japanese) to be in charge of MC the day of the seminar. It added a flavor to the seminar and gave the impression we needed.

After the seminar, a group in wechat was set up, and participants who wanted to ask more questions or discuss options going forward joined.
